Tom is the lead Sport and Exercise Performance Consultant at Leading Edge Performance. A sport and exercise psychologist-in-training, he takes a key interest in the mindset behind sports performers. This includes the development of a team, leadership, motivation and overcoming performance pressure. When not with clients, Tom plays cricket for a local team, and away from the pitch he is studying for his PhD in Performance and Management Psychology within sport.
